Tulip Fields are Retiring too soon

It was a busy weekend working on Megan's furniture.  We got so much done.  It was perfect weather to be outside painting.  It was drying so fast, that I was able to keep going, no waiting for things to dry.  This week I can help her ore and concentrate on applying polyurethane on her desk and a whole bunch of tables.  Moving day is coming up soon, July 1.

I made this card back is March and never posted it.  Who knows why.

My favorite part of the card?  The bicycle of course!  Before you cut it out with the die, use the adhesive sheets!  Adhere a piece to the back of the Basic Black and then cut out.  Instant sticker.

Here's what I did on the inside.  The lines aren't perfect, but that makes it homemade.  I couldn't resist stamping rows of the tulips on the bottom.  I lined the stamp on my grid paper then laid my acrylic block over the stamp.  This way I knew the stamp would be straight and not wonky.

I have fun with color on this card.  Tulips have to be colorful!  I know Misty Moonlight is retired, but in my defense, I made this card in March.  It wasn't retired then!  Anyway, it's easy to substitute just about any other blue in its place.

Keep in mind, this stamp set and dies are on the Retirement List.  Soon to be gone forever.  Have you checked it out lately?  Head to my SU! store and you can see them there.  You only have through June 30 if you want anything on the list.  I know there are some items that have already been sold out.
