Tidings and Whimsical Trees

I'm so happy to say that today my Christmas cards finally went out in the mail!  They probably won't arrive until after Christmas, but that's besides the point.  Time management wasn't my friend this year.  That is something I have to work on for next year.  Time Management can be your friend, or an enemy.

This is one of the many Christmas cards I made this year.  Tiding of Christmas DSP is mixed with the Whimsical Trees Stamp set.  I actually got out the Real Red Velvet paper from last year that I completely forgot about.  And I didn't use it up this year either.  Darn.

Here is the second card today.  It's the exact same layout with a few different twists.  I should play the game "Spot the Differences".  Did you notice the layouts were the same?

The hardest part of both cards were the ornaments.  I adhered them with tiny pieces of dimensionals.  It took forever! But, up close it was worth it.  They really looked elegant having been cut out from the Real Red Velvet paper.

Sorry, but there are no recipes for these cards.  Again, time management wasn't in my favor.  But, they are simple enough for you to duplicate on your own.

Until next time...Stampin' Always,
