Not Another Christmas Card!

When am I going to learn?? I was barely one step from posting this and Google closed on me.  Poof!  My post is history.  So, here we go again.

This card again was inspired by using scraps.  I had some scraps of the Wrapped in Plaid from previous cards and projects.  I can't just throw those away.  Don't be afraid to put two different patterns together too.  These two are far enough apart they look good.

This card has the layered look.  The plaid is actually on the inside of the card.   That right!  The front of the card is actually cut 1/2 inch shorter than normal.  I tried to space the card stock so the layers are even.  Don't believe the plaid is on the inside?  Take a peek!

And there is still enough space to stamp a sentiment and also sign the card.

The larger ornament is punched out in gold foil and embossed with the Hammered Metal 3D embossing folder.  No stamping on that one!  The smaller one is stamped with the Golden Glitz inkpad.  In hindsight, I should have used the Stamparatus to get a better stamp.  My mistake.  In my defense, it does look better in real life than this picture!

Not to bad with using scraps as the inspiration!  What do you think?
