Tulips and Milk Cans

Another Sunday. Sometimes all days seem like Sundays, or Saturdays.  With everyone home it's hard to tell what day it is. The online orders at my grocery store have calmed down lately. It was the lull before the storm.  They are upping the number of orders considerably.  I was told in a few weeks, all stores are supposed to be at 60 orders per day!!!  That's insane!  We are rushing to get some people "trained" to help.  There have been four of us since November, plus, 2 relatively newer and that's it.  No way can we do 60 orders weekly just us.  I'm thinking nightmare.

I've been in my craft room lately, but. not making any cards.  I've actually been cleaning, and that's very long over due.  Pretty much done with that now, so I actually made something.

I mixed together Winds of Change and Country Home stamp sets for this card.  Yes, I had to fussy cut out the tulips, sorry about that, but there's only four.

For the tulips, I separated them and adhered them, one by one, to the back of the milk can by using old Washi tape.  This way, it was easy to reposition the tulips in the way I wanted. And, we all have leftover Washi tape to use up.

The colors are two that I normally wouldn't put together.  Lovely Lipstick and Granny Apple Green.  They work good together.  And I love pink tulips.

The sentiment came from the Country Home set.  It is actually Happy Harvest Blessings.  The harvest doesn't pertain to now, so I left it off.  I inked the Happy with my Memento ink pad very carefully, to not get the harvest.  I stamped on a scrap piece of Whisper White.  I did the same with the Blessings.  I got very lucky and it turned out the first time.  No one could have been more surprised by that then me.

Stay safe.
