Tasty Thursday - Pistachio Fluff

No work today!  Yay!  I had enough stuff to do around the house and errands to run today.  Those kept me busy.  Tonight I was working on some swaps that I need for next weekend.  All I will say right now, is that I'm using the Daisy stamp set and DSP.  I have another one that I want to use the Fruit Basket on.  Details to come later.

So, last night I did end up making the Pistacchio Fluff.  It was SUPER easy.  Mix three ingredients together and done.  Seriously, it can't get any easier than that.

Pistachio Fluff

20 oz crushed Pineapple

2 packages Pistachio Instant pudding (3.4 oz.)

16 oz Cool Whip, thawed

1 ba (10 oz.) mini marshmallows

Maraschino cherries (optional)

In a large bowl, mix together the Pistachio pudding and pineapple.  (Do not drain the pineapple.)  Fold in the Cool Whip and marshmallows.  Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.  Add cherries.  Serve chilled.

I happend to have the cherries, so I added them.  Some were stirred in the fluff, and some just on top for the color.  I think we have about half leftover.  Guess what I'm bring to Easter dinner?!  The recipe made a decent amount, but super easy if you need to cut the recipe in half.  My husband doesn't care for Cool Whip to much, but didn't mind this recipe.

This would have been great for a St.Patrick's Day treat too!  Love the green color from the pudding.

Have a great weekend!

Until next time...Stampin' Always,
