Pretty Pumpkin Fall Card

It's the weekend!!

The weather is so much better.  Alyssa and I are going to the Farmer's Market in Madison tomorrow and it should be the perfect weather, low 80s.  I haven't been to this farmer's market in years, so I'm excited to go.  I'm not really looking for any special, but you never know what will come home with me.  Alyssa also wants me to also help put some of her picture on her walls. Finally making her apartment her own.

I always try to get a new fall stamp set, and this year I chose the Pretty Pumpkin bundle.  This pumpkin is my favorite of the set.  And it's not a stamp, just a die.

The first technique that came to mind was the baby wipe technique.  I was being lazy that day so I passed on that.  Instead, I got out the blending brushes.  Just blend the colors together in a random pattern.  Make sure the Very Vanilla is large enough to fit the pumpkin die.

Once you are done blending, cut out and this is the results!  I was super pleased.  It almost looked the same as using the baby wipe technique!

It was also the first time using the Shimmer Vellum.  It lives up to it's name...shimmer.  And a lot of it!  Better than glitter in my eyes.  Have you looked at it?  It comes in the 2021-2023 In-Colors!  Two sheets of each color!  What fun.

Have a fabulous weekend!
