Friends Card

Unfortunately, there was no time in my stamp room this weekend.  All week, I've been busy cleaning out my living room and kitchen.  My friend's boyfriend came and painted yesterday and today.  I am so excited!!!  It's been years longing to get this done.  Tomorrow, he will come and finish the kitchen and it will be completely done.  That will be the largest transformation.  Going from a golden squash color to Accessible Beige (Sherwin Williams paint) is going to be a huge change.  Bring it on!

My friend sent me this card and I wanted to show it off.  She is a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, but honestly, I don't know if she used any of our products.  But it's totally cute!

I had to measure the card base.  It's a 6 x 6 base, scored at 3 inches.  I absolutely love the size and want to try it in my next club.  It's great when I receive inspiration in the mail.

What a way to use up scraps.  It must have been tedious getting the measurements and spacing right, but there is no right or wrong way to make a card like this.

The "Friends" really does pop out.  Love how there is the word outline in black.  Again, I have no idea where Friends came from, but I love it.  If you have a Cricuit machine or another kind of electric die cutting machine, maybe you can find something there.

Have a fabulous week!

Until next time...Stampin' Always,
