Black, Gold and Cherry Cobbler Christmas Card

Glad I planned ahead and didn't make any plans for yesterday.  Saturday morning, I went and got my Covid booster shot.  Usually hits me anytime after 12 hours.  This time the worst was in the middle of the night.  The rest of the day I was pretty much lazy.  The girls were home so that always cheers me up.

Believe it or not, this is not the most difficult card to make.  Just looks like it.

The black Lights Aglow DSP base was super easy to do.  I cut a normal size for the front, 4 x 5 1/4 and I just cut 1 inch off the long edge.  It was just easier this way, instead of cutting two pieces separately.

The Cherry Cobbler piece is from the Lights Aglow DSP also.  This piece has 4 patterns on a single sheet.  Choose one.  I used this sheet before when I made the 4 different 3 x 3 cards.

I added the gold foil under the sentiment.  There wasn't enough bling/sparkle on the card already!  Can you have seen too much gold on a card?  Don't think I have.

Speaking of gold, I just had to add some on the inside as well.  Isn't this a fun inside?  As I always say, never forget the inside!
