At Christmas & Always

Ready for another Christmas card?  I've got plenty, ready to be put on my blog!  Here is one I designed for my club.  I didn't know if we were going to have visitors, so I made the card pretty simple.  One stamp for the Christmas tree and another for the saying.  Oh, and another tree for the card inside.  Add a glimmer star and that always blings up a card.  Simple.  No fuss on this one.

The Vintage Crochet trim when used with Halloween stamps looks like a spider web.  Now, on a Christmas card, it is just a simple crochet design.  Doesn't look like Halloween at all.  Stampin' Up makes products so they have multiple purposes.  Great isn't it?  Now look at the inside.  Always keep in mind that the entire stamp doesn't have to be completely on the card.  Here you see the Christmas tree, but it doens't take up the entire inside.

With this Merry Music designer dsp, you get 24 sheets of paper! That is more than what is in the normal pack of dsp.   It's also lighter weight than the regular card stock.  I wrapped some chocolates in my scraps from this paper and the lighter weight was great.  It was easier to wrap with and stayed together. I also really like the music patterns on the paper.  The black and white paper is so easy to match with anyother color cardstock.  It would be really beautiful sponged with color too.

Here is my color combo for the card.  It's a very traditional Christmas combo.
